S.C. LUBRICANT S.R.L. was created on 1994 with main activity object mineral auto and industrial oils commerce.

The company’s primary objective was to take a high position in the ranks of distribution in this domain. For that reason, the company’s strategy was and still is assuring a complete package of products and services, with an important accent on advising and recommendations in the exploitation phase of the products, monitoring the product all the way during this phase, post-sale services and disposing of used products with minimum risk for the environment.

Careful studying of Romanian market’s tendency leaded to elaboration of a strategy that follows to create partnership relations with the clients and offering technical and logistic support for them, so they may benefit in the shortest time of the necessary products requested by the clients or recommended by us. All these objectives that the sales department wished to achieve have confirmed, therefore the sales have grown from year to year reaching 250 tones monthly in the year of 2005.

The company’s clients portfolio is increasing constantly reaching at this moment a number of 200 clients in all the areas of the economy, with witch we have signed contracts directly negotiating them or won by public elicitations organized by public institutions. Within the primary customers we have in our portfolio the Ministry of Defense, Ministry of Internal Affairs, local Transport Companies, etc.

By following these objectives and turning them in the company’s politics in short time we have occupied one of the leading places within the companies within the branch.


Once having an important position on the lubricant market, S.C. LUBRICANT S.R.L. decided to add more products to its catalogue by promoting chemical and petrochemical products made by LUKOIL in Burgas, Bulgaria. The remarkable results with distribution of chemical and petrochemical products reflected by the sales volume, considerately larger each month made the company an important partner or supplier for numerous companies in the branch from local companies to companies with foreign capital.


The dynamics and competition in chemical and petrochemical products distribution determined the managers to implement the quality assurance system (SAC) in the distribution of these products.

The objectives and future plans of the company are to create a much more efficient activity, getting the sales volume higher, increasing the number of product types distributed and creating a national distribution system so that the supplying can be as fast as possible.

Continuous growth of the products volume, the continuous product diversification and growth of the customers number is reflected by the annual accounting, year 2005 just being closed with a sales number of 10 million euros. For the year of 2006 predicting an increase of 22-25% of the sales number, the estimated results of the first 5 months of 2006 confirming the numbers.
