QUALITY POLICY


Within S.C. LUBRICANT-ROM S.R.L. we are totally interested to establish and reach the quality standards for our products/services capable to satisfy under all aspects the requirements and expectations of our customers and also the legal requirements.

This way our company S.C. LUBRICANT-ROM S.R.L., has built and implemented a quality system that corresponds with the requirements of SR EN ISO 9001/2001 and is working on continuously improving its efficiency.

The quality system applies to each aspect of our activity and the quality is everyone’s responsibility. In each activity of  S.C. LUBRICANT-ROM S.R.L. company, as Manager, I define the quality policy, I name it a priority, I assure that it is applied by all the personnel and I provide all the necessary resources to implement it. The quality policy and management methods are established so that they assure compatibility with the other policies in the company.

With the applied quality system, S.C. LUBRICANT-ROM S.R.L. personnel is engaged to respect all the requirements, wishes and expectations of  the company’s customers and also all the legal requirements that apply to our branch of activity.


General quality objectives that we plan to achieve:

  • - increasing the market sale percentage and total sales volume by 10%;
  • - rythmical delivery of constat quality products, according to contract terms;
  • - capability to organise and plan the production as fast enough to satisfy all clients needs and increasing activity efficiency;
  • - using professional management to assure competitive costs for the products, by efficient planning of technological, material and human resources;
  • - informing and motivating the personnel to achieve quality;
  • - increasing the product variety;
  • - increasing the customers satisfaction level with our products.

Quality objectives are established within and for the relevant levels of the company and they are periodically measured and evaluated.

   As Manager i make sure that the quality policy is understood, implemented and maintained. For this i offer the necesary support to inform the company's personnel regardless of position about the quality policy and objectives by spreading the quality sistem documents, professional instructions, displaying them at visible locations in the company, comunicating them to customers and other interested partners.
